Executive Coaching

Suited to senior managers and executives who want to work on specific areas of career and personal development over a period of time, usually meeting on a monthly basis over 6–12 months.

This may be to plan and prepare for their next career move, strategically positioning themselves for promotion, a new role or alternative career opportunities.

Sessions are goal-focused with flexibility to include relevant discussion, resources and exercises such as to help creative thinking or interpersonal relationships; to brainstorm and explore options; to consider a range of solutions; and to practice and experiment other ways of approaching problem areas.
