Practical, psychologically informed group programs

I design and facilitate workshops and development experiences that support people to navigate change, strengthen self-leadership, and lead others well.

Programs range from short sessions (2-3 hours) through to half-day, full-day and multi-session programs, delivered as stand-alone workshops or as part of broader leadership and career development initiatives.

My facilitation style is grounded, engaging and supportive, combining evidence-based frameworks with reflective discussions and practical tools participants can apply immediately in their work and lives.

All programs are tailored, shaped to suit the organisation, cohort, context and desired outcomes.

While each program is designed in partnership with the client, common focus areas include:

Working with me

If you’re considering a workshop, program or facilitated session, the best place to start is a conversation. We’ll discuss your context and priorities, the cohort and desired outcomes, and the timing and scope. From there, I’ll design a clear, fit-for-purpose program aligned to your goals.
